BOND UPDATE - MARCH 6, 2023

Dear Klein Cain Staff and Families,

 

Thanks to the successful passage of the 2022 Klein ISD Bond, Klein Cain’s renovations will begin this summer to better serve our students. Please see the most current renderings we’ve received, and keep in mind that these renderings may change as we move through this process.

 

We are continuing our plans to construct two new building additions, one on both sides of the front of our school, that will consist of 24 additional classrooms in two stories. These new instructional spaces will be able to accommodate approximately 1,000 students.

Anticipated Completion - Fall 2024

As part of the new building additions, we will be incorporating more collaborative spaces for students to work together.

We will also be adding 144 new parking spaces to our existing front parking lot facing Spring-Cypress Road to accommodate our parents and families.

Instruction will not be impacted during the renovation as students will remain in the existing T-buildings and in the remainder of the building that is not affected by construction.

 

We anticipate completion by Fall 2024, and I will continue to update you as further information and details become available. We look forward to these new additions to Klein Cain, and we are thankful to continue providing a strong educational foundation in an excellent and safe environment.
