Dear Hildebrandt Staff and Families,
I’m excited to share an update with you about improvements to our building. This comprehensive renovation of our school is made possible because of our community’s support of our 2022 Bond. Please remember that we will be under construction when we return from summer break in the Fall of 2023, and our students will remain at our campus during these improvements. Projected completion of the complete renovation is August 2024.
I want to share my heartfelt thanks to our Klein ISD Board of Trustees for prioritizing safety for not only Hildebrandt but for all Klein ISD schools. As part of our modernizations, we will be installing additional security cameras and carpool access for the safety of our school community. We look forward to these new renovations so that we may continue providing a strong educational foundation in an excellent and safe environment. While our incredible upgrades of the entire campus, except our brand new gym occur, our students and staff will remain on campus. Detailed phases of construction will continue that will not disrupt instruction and include secured temporary buildings for teachers and students to move into during each specific phase of construction.
Please enjoy the most current renderings of modernizations and security enhancements planned for our school on the second page of this letter. As additional renderings become available, as well as any logistical information to prepare for construction, I will certainly update all staff, students, and families.
